Eligibility Criteria (as of November 24, 2024):
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil):
- Three-year full-time diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum marks: 70% for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Junior Officer Trainee (HR):
- Three-year full-time graduate degree in BBA, BBM, or BBS with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates.
- Junior Officer Trainee (F&A):
- Inter CA or Inter CMA qualification (candidates with higher qualifications like CA, CMA, or postgraduate degrees are not eligible).
- Assistant Trainee (F&A):
- B.Com. degree with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates. (Candidates with higher technical qualifications like B.Tech, M.Tech are not eligible).
Age Limit (as of November 12, 2024):
- 27 years
- Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD (on top of category relaxation)
Selection Process:
- Written Test/Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Part 1: Technical/Professional Knowledge Test (120 questions)
- Part 2: Aptitude Test (50 questions) covering English, reasoning, quantitative ability, and general awareness.
- Negative marking applies for incorrect answers.
- Qualifying Marks:
- Unreserved/EWS: 30% each part, 40% overall.
- Reserved Categories: 25% each part, 30% overall.
- Junior Officer Trainee (HR/F&A): Additional Computer Skill Test (qualifying)
Salary and Benefits:
- Selected candidates undergo a one-year training with a stipend.
- Post-training salary for Diploma Trainees/Junior Officer Trainees: Rs. 25,000 basic pay, Rs. 11.9 lakhs annual CTC (approx.).
- Assistant Trainee (F&A): Rs. 21,500 training stipend, Rs. 10.3 lakhs annual CTC (approx.) post-training.
